Warranty

Our snowboard are made in our own factory by hard working people.  We have families, we have friends and we have passion.  We believe on our products and build a fair volume annually.  Despite our dedication, quality materials and dedication to craftsmanship sometimes things do happen.  We do not profess to be perfect, and for that reason below is an RMA form if you have a problem with your snowboard.  We don’t put a time frame on warranty issues, we believe we should take care of our customers if there is a problem within a reasonable amount of time.

If you have a legitimate warranty claim, let us know!  fill out the form, include the pictures and enter a valid email address and phone number so we can call you.  If the claim is valid we will replace your board at our expense.

Please be aware that boards smashed on rails or ground on asphalt do not qualify!
